Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups vegetable broth

Instructions
- Chop zucchini, onion, and garlic into roughly equal pieces.
- Warm olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until soft and translucent (about 3-5 minutes).
- Add chopped zucchini and briefly sauté.
