Description

A comforting creamy zucchini soup that combines fresh vegetables into a velvety blend, perfect for any home cook.


Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Chop zucchini, onion, and garlic into roughly equal pieces.
  2. Warm olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until soft and translucent (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. Add chopped zucchini and briefly sauté.
