Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
