Description

A flavorful creamy soup that combines potatoes, kale, and spicy sausage for a comforting dish perfect for chilly evenings.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups kale, coarsely chopped
  • 1 pound spicy sausage or ground meat
  • 1 cup cream
  • 4 cups broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Crusty bread for serving


Instructions

  1. Start by peeling and dicing the potatoes into even cubes.
  2. Coarsely chop the kale and set aside.
  3. In a large pot, brown the spicy sausage or ground meat over medium heat.
  4. Once browned, add the diced potatoes and chopped kale into the pot.
