Ingredients

  • 1 pound diced chicken breast
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute.
