Ingredients
- 1 package gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in the heavy cream and crumbled feta cheese until melted and combined.
- Toss in the cooked gnocchi, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra feta or spinach if desired.
Notes
Add red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor. Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
