Description

A comforting dish of soft gnocchi tossed in a rich, creamy sauce with fresh spinach and crumbly feta cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 package gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and crumbled feta cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Toss in the cooked gnocchi, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with extra feta or spinach if desired.

Notes

Add red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor. Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
