A delightful dish with ribeye steak smothered in a rich, creamy garlic sauce, perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (or your preferred cut)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Serve the steaks topped with creamy garlic sauce, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Notes
Let the steaks come to room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer for desired doneness.
