Description

A delightful dish with ribeye steak smothered in a rich, creamy garlic sauce, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (or your preferred cut)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
  6. Serve the steaks topped with creamy garlic sauce, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Notes

Let the steaks come to room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer for desired doneness.
