Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups ramen noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from pot and let rest.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, and mixed vegetables. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it back into the pot. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
