Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add the rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12-14 minutes until tender.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
