Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the bacon. Cook until crispy, then remove the bacon and set aside.
- Add the Brussels sprouts and garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the sprouts are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked bacon back to the mixture, stirring to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
