Description

A comforting dish of creamy beef pasta, mixing rich flavors with tender elbow noodles for an unforgettable meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups elbow noodles
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion until the meat is a beautiful brown color.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, and cayenne.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the beef mixture and stir.
  4. Pour in the beef broth, tomato sauce, elbow noodles, and milk. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat and cover the skillet. Cook on low for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Once noodles are soft, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
