Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups elbow noodles
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion until the meat is a beautiful brown color.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, and cayenne.
- Add the minced garlic to the beef mixture and stir.
- Pour in the beef broth, tomato sauce, elbow noodles, and milk. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and cover the skillet. Cook on low for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once noodles are soft, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
