Description

A comforting and indulgent dish featuring ground beef, rich cheeses, and a creamy sauce, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tsp Chef Keysh seasoning
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add the Chef Keysh seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder, stirring well.
  4. Stir in beef broth and tomato paste, letting it simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and add the Velveeta cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Mix in the cooked pasta and then sprinkle with Mexican cheese before serving.

Notes

For a fresh touch, consider garnishing with chopped fresh parsley or a sprinkle of paprika. Use freshly grated cheese for the best texture.
