- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, stir in the chia seeds.
- Pour the banana mixture over the chia seeds and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until it thickens.
