Ingredients
- 12 Mini Bell Peppers
- 8 oz (227 g) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup (240 ml) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Chives, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Slice the mini bell peppers in half and discard the seeds.
- In a bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sliced chives, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Fill each pepper half with the prepared mixture using a small spoon.
