Description

Delicious protein-packed treats combining cream cheese and crushed Oreos, perfect for post-workout snacking.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1520 Oreos, crushed finely
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, or coconut


Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by rolling over them in a sealed bag.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add protein powder gradually, stirring well after each addition.
  4. Adjust with milk until the mixture holds together but isn’t sticky.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then add any optional ingredients.
  6. Roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls and chill for one hour.
  7. Optionally, coat chilled balls in crushed Oreo crumbs or coconut before serving.
