Description

Delicious cranberry & turkey stuffing balls that combine flavors of ground turkey and dried cranberries, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, chopped onion, chopped celery, dried cranberries, chicken broth, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs to taste.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer.

Notes

Chilling the mixture for 30 minutes before forming balls helps firm up the ingredients. Adjust seasoning to taste.
