Delicious cranberry & turkey stuffing balls that combine flavors of ground turkey and dried cranberries, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, chopped onion, chopped celery, dried cranberries, chicken broth, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs to taste.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
Notes
Chilling the mixture for 30 minutes before forming balls helps firm up the ingredients. Adjust seasoning to taste.
