Description

A delightful pull apart bread filled with fresh cranberries and gooey Brie cheese, perfect for cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French or artisan bread
  • 1 cup of fresh cranberries
  • 8 oz of Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the loaf of bread into cubes, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Mix together the cranberries, Brie cheese, and thyme in a bowl.
  4. Stuff the cranberry mixture into the cuts of the bread.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  6. Drizzle the butter mixture over the stuffed bread, allowing it to soak in.
  7. Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the bread is golden and crispy.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use a high-quality artisan loaf for better texture and flavor. Adjust the proportions of the stuffing ingredients based on preference.
