Delicious bite-sized steak coated in rich cowboy butter with garlic, herbs, and spices, perfect as appetizers or a main dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, chives, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little oil if necessary.
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.
- Remove the skillet from heat and immediately toss the seared steak bites with the cowboy butter until fully coated.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.

For best results, let the cooked steak rest before tossing in cowboy butter to ensure juiciness.
