Description

Delicious bite-sized steak coated in rich cowboy butter with garlic, herbs, and spices, perfect as appetizers or a main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, chives, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little oil if necessary.
  3. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and immediately toss the seared steak bites with the cowboy butter until fully coated.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

For best results, let the cooked steak rest before tossing in cowboy butter to ensure juiciness.
