Ingredients
- 1½ cups cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese, dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to a food processor.
- Blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge until ready to use.
Notes
Let the dip sit in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving for enhanced flavor. Use room temperature cottage cheese for easier blending.
