Description

A healthy and flavorful ranch dip made with cottage cheese, perfect for pairing with fresh veggies or chips.


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Add the cottage cheese, dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to a food processor.
  2. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  4. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge until ready to use.

Notes
