Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, olive oil, and water.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cottage cheese mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a flat circle.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
