Description

A healthier twist on classic cookie dough using cottage cheese for a creamy, protein-packed treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fine almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend together the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and stir in the almond flour, protein powder, and peanut butter until well incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Let the cookie dough chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to enhance its flavors further. Experiment with different nut butters or add-ins for variation.
