Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup small curd cottage cheese (preferably 4% milk fat)
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder (optional; or substitute with garlic powder)
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (optional topping)
  • 1/4 cup your favorite dip (optional; e.g., tzatziki, ranch, or yogurt dip)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Strain the cottage cheese using a fine mesh strainer.
  3. Gently pat it dry with a paper towel until it feels slightly dry to the touch.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the strained cottage cheese with onion powder if using, until evenly combined.
  5. Scoop tablespoons of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
  6. Flatten gently into thin rounds using the back of a spoon.
  7. Sprinkle each round with everything bagel seasoning, if desired.
  8. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, closely watching after 25 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are dry.
