Description

Guilt-free and crunchy cottage cheese chips perfect for snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat high protein)
  • Seasonings of your choice (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese with your choice of seasonings.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Allow cooling before breaking them into chips and serving.

Notes
