Ingredients
- 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
- Seasonings of your choice (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Oven Method: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon the cottage cheese onto the baking sheet in small mounds, spreading each mound to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle your chosen seasonings and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
- Microwave Method: Line a microwave-safe plate with parchment paper.
- Spoon the cottage cheese onto the plate in small mounds, spreading each mound thinly.
- Add your desired seasonings and Parmesan cheese.
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until the edges are crispy.
- Allow to cool before enjoying.
