Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups pasta (egg noodles or similar)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion, cooking until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the pasta, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is cooked.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
