Description

A comforting and quick meal featuring ground beef, onion, pasta, and a creamy sour cream sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups pasta (egg noodles or similar)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion, cooking until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the pasta, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is cooked.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.

Notes

Consider garnishing with freshly chopped parsley or a sprinkle of paprika for visual appeal. For extra nutrition, add mushrooms or peas.
