Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 6 tablespoons melted butter, divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, pour in the flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the milk and 4 tablespoons of melted butter to the dry ingredients.
- Gently mix until everything is just combined.
- Fold the cheese into the dough, ensuring it is well-distributed throughout.
- Using an ice cream scoop or serving spoon, scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until they turn golden brown.
- Mix the garlic salt with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and brush it over the biscuits while they’re still warm.
