Description

Deliciously cheesy biscuits inspired by a favorite family recipe, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter, divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, pour in the flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add the milk and 4 tablespoons of melted butter to the dry ingredients.
  4. Gently mix until everything is just combined.
  5. Fold the cheese into the dough, ensuring it is well-distributed throughout.
  6. Using an ice cream scoop or serving spoon, scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until they turn golden brown.
