Description

Delightful and bite-sized birthday cake pops that combine the traditional flavors of birthday cake with creative decorating options.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of cake mix (your choice of flavor)
  • 1 can of frosting (vanilla works well)
  • 1 bag of melting chocolate (for coating)
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Optional: sprinkles, edible glitter, or toppings for decoration


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and bake the cake according to package instructions.
  2. Once the cake is fully baked, allow it to cool before crumbling it into fine pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled cake with the frosting, mixing until well incorporated.
  4. Roll the mixture into balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the chocolate according to the package instructions.
