- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Bake the cake according to the package instructions. Let it cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
- Mix in the sprinkles until evenly distributed.
- Form small balls of the cake mixture and insert lollipop sticks into each ball.
- Chill the cake pops in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate or candy coating in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted coating, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the coated cake pops upright in a styrofoam block or a glass to set.
