Description

A comforting dish featuring tender chicken simmered in creamy coconut milk and served over fluffy rice.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a pan, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned.
  3. Pour in coconut milk and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
