Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated cheese for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add elbow macaroni, reduce heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until macaroni is cooked.
