A vibrant citrus marinade elevating skirt steak with flavors of orange, lime, garlic, and soy sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pound skirt steak
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place skirt steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it’s fully covered.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove skirt steak from marinade, allowing excess to drip off.
- Grill steak for 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
