Description

Nutritious and delicious protein bites reminiscent of cinnamon rolls, perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or cinnamon flavor)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (for glaze)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. If using, fold in the chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a plate.
  4. To make the glaze, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, and honey until smooth. Drizzle over the protein bites.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy your healthy snacks!
