Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or cinnamon flavor)
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (for glaze)
- 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
- If using, fold in the chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a plate.
- To make the glaze, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, and honey until smooth. Drizzle over the protein bites.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy your healthy snacks!
