Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla or yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Water (as directed on package)
- 1 cup icing or cream cheese frosting
- Chocolate coating or candy melts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, melted butter, water (as per package), and cinnamon until smooth.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a bowl and mix in frosting until dough-like.
- Form balls (about 1 inch) and insert lollipop sticks halfway through.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
- Dip chilled cake pops into melted chocolate coating and let excess drip off before serving.
