Description

Delightful cinnamon roll cake pops that blend traditional flavors with a trendy twist, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla or yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Water (as directed on package)
  • 1 cup icing or cream cheese frosting
  • Chocolate coating or candy melts


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, melted butter, water (as per package), and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan.
  4. Crumble the cooled cake into a bowl and mix in frosting until dough-like.
  5. Form balls (about 1 inch) and insert lollipop sticks halfway through.
  6. Refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
  7. Dip chilled cake pops into melted chocolate coating and let excess drip off before serving.
