  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup sugar (for filling)
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (for dipping)
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon-sugar mixture (for topping)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. Add the melted butter, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
