Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk and eggs. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan to 350°F (175°C).
