Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and have reached an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Serve warm as an appetizer or party dish.
