Description

Tender meatballs glazed with a unique cranberry and BBQ sauce, perfect for festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about one inch in diameter, and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, then brush this glaze over each meatball.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until cooked through.
