Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about one inch in diameter, and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, combine cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, then brush this glaze over each meatball.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
