Description

Delightful chocolate-covered strawberry clusters made with creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large bowl.
  2. Combine the ingredients thoroughly until well-blended.
  3. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture, placing dollops onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, forming approximately 10 clusters.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet with the yogurt clusters to the freezer.
  5. Freeze the clusters until completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
  6. Once frozen, melt the chocolate by combining the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 15 or 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  7. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate using a spoon for even coating.
  8. Place each chocolate-coated cluster back on the parchment-lined sheet. Adding a sprinkle of sea salt is optional but highly recommended.
  9. Return the clusters to the freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. You can also experiment with different types of yogurt and chocolate.
