Description

A creamy and nutritious chocolate protein pudding made with Greek yogurt and chocolate protein powder, perfect for post-workout or dessert.

  • 5 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat, plain or vanilla)
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder (approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  2. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients thoroughly until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the pudding for an hour to thicken.
  4. When ready to enjoy, serve the pudding chilled. Top it with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and berries if desired.

Notes

Consider adding a dash of espresso for a mocha twist or adjusting the sweetness with maple syrup based on the protein powder used.
