Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or other low-carb milk)
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine ripe avocados, cocoa powder, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve as desired, possibly garnished with whipped cream or berries.
