Description

A delightful and moist chocolate chip banana bread made with ripe bananas and chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
