Description

Delightful chocolate chip and raisin cookies that bring people together with their comforting flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup milk chocolate covered raisins
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup candied walnuts
  • 1 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually add this to the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the milk chocolate covered raisins, semi-sweet chocolate chips, candied walnuts, and toffee bits.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

Refrigerating the cookie dough for at least an hour can enhance flavor and texture. Adjust baking time for chewier or crispier cookies as desired.
