Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Mince garlic and ginger, and slice cabbage into thin strips.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet; cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced cabbage; cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.
- Pour in the soy sauce; mix well and let cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry before serving and top with chopped green onions.
