Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken, cut into pieces
- 8-10 corn tortillas, for serving
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1-2 limes, for juicing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, for marinating
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin, for flavor
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the marinated chicken until it’s cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas on a skillet or grill.
- Once the chicken is grilled, chop it into bite-sized pieces.
