Description

A comforting Chicken, Spinach, and Mushroom Bake featuring tender chicken, earthy mushrooms, and fresh spinach, topped with melted mozzarella cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet.
  3. Add garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are soft.
