Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cups Pasta Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- Foil for lining baking dish
- Pasta or Rolls for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish lined with foil.
