Description

A delightful Chicken Caesar Flatbread with juicy shredded chicken, crunchy romaine lettuce, and a creamy Caesar dressing on warm flatbread.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Cooked chicken (shredded)
  • Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Caesar dressing
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay the flatbread on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  3. Drizzle a little olive oil over the flatbread and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the shredded chicken evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Top with chopped romaine and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top.
  7. If using an oven, bake for about 8-10 minutes or until the edges are crispy. If using an air fryer, cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, season your shredded chicken with garlic powder or Italian seasoning. Serve with extra grated parmesan and a drizzle of Caesar dressing.
