Ingredients
- Flatbread
- Cooked chicken (shredded)
- Romaine lettuce (chopped)
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Caesar dressing
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay the flatbread on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the flatbread and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the shredded chicken evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with chopped romaine and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top.
- If using an oven, bake for about 8-10 minutes or until the edges are crispy. If using an air fryer, cook for about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, season your shredded chicken with garlic powder or Italian seasoning. Serve with extra grated parmesan and a drizzle of Caesar dressing.
