Delightful roll ups featuring shredded chicken, creamy avocado, and Greek yogurt, perfect for gatherings and versatile enough for customization.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla wraps or lettuce leaves
  • Optional: diced tomatoes, cucumbers, or any desired veggies


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Lay out the tortilla wraps or lettuce leaves.
  3. Spoon the chicken and avocado mixture onto the wraps or leaves.
  4. If desired, add diced veggies on top.
  5. Roll up the wraps tightly or fold the lettuce leaves to enclose the filling.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
