Description

A no-bake cherry cheesecake fluff, combining creamy textures with vibrant cherries, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until well blended.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
  5. Layer half of the graham cracker mixture in the bottom of a serving dish.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crumb layer evenly.
  7. Top with cherry pie filling and spread to cover the cream layer.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker mixture over the top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
