Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the chopped broccoli and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the broccoli begins to soften.
- Pour in the milk and stir to combine, letting it simmer gently for another minute.
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the broccoli.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and allow it to cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly.
