Delicious cheesy ranch oven roasted potatoes made with crispy baby potatoes, savory ranch seasoning, and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the potatoes and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or onion powder. Experiment with different types of cheese for a unique twist.
