Description

Delicious cheesy ranch oven roasted potatoes made with crispy baby potatoes, savory ranch seasoning, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the potatoes and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.

Notes
